MAINTAINING MUSCLE ON A CUT

You would maintain muscle in a cut the same as you would put on muscle in a bulk. The mistake many people make in a cutting phase is that they switch over to light weight and high reps, but I would stay in the 1-12 rep range.0

It is mainly nutrition (1g of protein per pound of bodyweight), but I would go with the heavier weight/lower reps and try to increase the weight every 1-2 weeks (progressive overload). This is not easy on a cut, but this should be the goal.0
