Curious.. am I the only one who drinks coffee without the "wake me up" benefit most talk about? And no, my coffee isn't decaf, lol.0

You've plateaued. One must practice progressive caffeination in order to continually reap the benefits.4 -

I wish that were true. I can drink super caffeinated coffee and still get nada out of it. I've tried Death Wish coffee before.. and nothing. I'm particularly fond of Black Blood of the Earth because of its smoothness and yet again.. no matter which blend I try.. nothing.
I mostly just drink it for the taste these days.. even though I only got into coffee about five years ago.0 -

The only time that I for sure know coffee has an affect on me is when I've had a lot of it during the day and then my heart starts racing. But other than that, I think it's mainly a placebo effect for me.
See.. I don't ever experience that. I can drink super caffeinated coffee and drink it like a regular cup of coffee. Caffeine pills don't work and neither do energy drinks (not a fan of these anyway due to calories, weird tastes and the fact that I don't like sugary drinks as much as I did).
I think the only thing that would work for me these days is speed, lol.0 -
I proudly drink 100 calories to have my coffee everyday. I need my flavored creamers.2

I need 4 tablespoons of creamer in my coffee. People always ask me "would you like coffee with your creamer?"0

Mine's 75, but I agree with you. Can't drink it black unless it's BBotE and in a shot glass.0 -
I drink only black coffee. Occasionally I sometimes drink a fancy latte but black coffee, 24/7/365/rain/shine/sun/snow/heat/cold1

Mine is 3 tablespoons. I'm currently using chocolate toffee truffle or coconut cream creamers.1

I finally got down to two tbsp. Currently, I'm using Italian Creme, but I think we have Peppermint Mocha and French Vanilla floating around. My favorite flavors are seasonal or are hard to find when I want them (Pumpkin Spice and Girl Scouts Caramel Delights).1 -

I hate when I find one I love then they take it away. I was obsessed with the chocolate chip cookie one. Then I couldn't find it anywhere! I was pissed! Those *kitten*.0 -

They used to make one that tasted like raspberry cheesecake. I wish they'd bring that one back.0 -

This is SO wrong, but I love it!
And all this talk about creamers and their caloric values...I went the OTHER way...I have been sucking down a bulletproof coffee most mornings, for 468 calories. Keeps me happy until 11:00. Yum.1 -

LOL!
My husband is completely addicted to that peppermint mocha one. Every so often I accidentally take a sip out of his cup and it practically ruins my day.
I put some whole milk and half a Splenda in my first cup - and then I keep freshening it whenever it gets halfway empty. By the end of the morning, it's nearly black. It's a weird system, but it's a good one.0 -

I use Splenda as well...but I think some on here would claim that within a year or two I will grow a third nipple due to all the chemicals.0 -
