Hi I'm new to my fitness pal and finding it great already. I started yoga a few weeks ago and I love it but slacked off for the last few days due to tiredness so I'm going to join this challenge to get me back up and running, my challenge is to do 30mins yoga twice a day everyday. Good luck to everyone else on this challenge1

Today I've been doing something right out of my comfort zone by attending a yoga chanting and meditation workshop, run by a Swami from a nearby yoga Ashram.
Met some interesting concepts, looked at walking meditations, meditations on the breath, sung chants, Om/Aum and other ideas.
Never really connected this sort of thing with my yoga practice, but I'm glad I went to understand more about the potential routes one can follow, if one chooses to.3 -
