I weight train as well I started crossfit three weeks ago. And I'm seeing a lot of changes in my body. I've lost two bra sizes and developing a lot muscle and definition.1

Been weight training for years, but recently got more serious about it, meaning, I cleaned up the eating part and all the muscles started to show.
I weight train almost every day..only take one day off. Train one muscle per day.0 -
Started about 3 years ago, had amazing results over time. But then I got sick December 2015, and spent all of last year recovering. I just started lifting again, and loving it more every time.0
