I try to eat minimum 0.5g x my body-weight of protein per day and I try to keep carbs below 30g and sugar below 15g.
Most of my meals contain 100g-150g of meat, fish or alternative protein source and 150g-300g low-medium carb vegetables.
I eat chocolate most days, when I want it and when it fits within my calorie budget.
My only exercise is walking, the small amount I generally do, usually burns less than 150 calories, so I don't bother logging it most days.0 -
