Hi, everyone! I know I'm late to the game, but can I still join?
I have a pretty sedentary job...well, I'm starting to wonder if the job is sedentary or if I make it sedentary. Anyway, it's hard for me to get 5,000 steps in a day at work.
This is the first week in about 5 years that I'm making my health my first priority. I'm really out of shape so I need to start a little lower. Would like to get 5,000 steps in every day for at least one week and then move up from there.
