Coffee Beans. Plain greek yogurt, Balkan Yogurt and skyr. Cottage cheese. Boneless, skinless chicken breast. Eggs. Oats (actually and oat, chia, flax seed, quinoa blend I buy). Rye bread. Natural crunchy Peanut butter. Zucchini, cauliflower, green beans and asparagus. Milk. Those are the staples that make it in my grocery cart every week for me and the family. Then I'll pick up extras such as ingredients to make blueberry scones or pumpkin muffins, or whatever I'm baking that week. Different herbs/seasonings for whatever chicken dishes I'm making. Mustard, salsa, hummus, guacamole.3

Deli ham, spicy mustard, pickles, egg whites, low cal bread, frozen whole green beans and broccoli (amazing roasted!), olive oil, chicken breast, montreal seasoning, string cheese, greek yogurt, frozen berries, Halo Top ice cream, sugar free jello. I also buy my produce seasonally so that varies.1

Eggs, smoked salmon, tea, apples, bread, butter, balsamic vinegar for salad... my freezer must have chicken slices and brussel sprouts.1
-
These are my basics:
ground turkey
frozen vegetables
fresh fruit
cheese
Everything else just gets added in around these things...2 -
Grains: Quinoa, Whole grain bread, Tortillas
Legumes: black beans, chickpeas, edamame
Veggies: too many to list, but always various colors of bell peppers, tomatoes, English cucumbers, avocados, purple cabbage, and onions. I literally do not have room in my fridge for all the veggies I want.
Proteins: Chicken thighs, ground turkey, eggs, all natural peanut butter, fatty fish (usually salmon or mackerel). I also eat red meat at least once every couple of weeks because otherwise I go crazy.
Dairy: cottage cheese, Greek yogurt
substitutes for higher carb items (I am diabetic): zucchini, spaghetti squash, almond milk
Fruits: berries, fresh or frozen; navel oranges; other fruit in season
Seasoning: lemons, limes, ginger, garlic, spices and herbs, Mrs. Renfro's green salsa (I love this stuff), a1 sauce, vinegars
Treats: blueberry granola, Lindt 85% dark chocolate, coffee1 -
Every week I buy:
1 gallon of milk. Half is made yogurt.
Eggs. I boil eggs on Sunday and have 2 a day
Coffee
Chicken. I have chicken almost every day
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Bread. This is mostly for my family.
Fruit
Another kind of meat
Some kind of veggies
There's also some items for kids and spouse. But the above are what I eat every week.
