Still 48 and counting. Suppose that is better than having the counting stop.
And I keep eating the lunches I buy for breakfast, then going out to eat for lunch.
The struggle is still real.2 -
Hardcore 22 Day4: Resistance 1...DONE! Now to try and figure out how to measure out 400 meters for tomorrow's workout. I don't have access to a track and I am transportation challenged and MapMyFitness and Fitbit don't seem to be easily inclined to the idea either. I'll figure something out I'm sure.

Well yesterday was a day of running after kids at my youngest field trip. The kids were shocked that I like the zip line and love to bounce on the giant pillow thingy too! Followed that up with a seriously hot n sweaty cardio kickboxing class.4

Hot yoga done. OMG this was one of the most difficult practices thus far. OMG the heat was intense, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I have a serious fetish for pain and torture. Have a great day everyone.0

Try this app in a web browser...not perfect, but it's a good estimation: http://www.geodistance.com/ It's what I use regularly since I typically don't take my gps out with me. It can do road distance or you can turn off "snap to roads" to go over land/water. You can change from miles to kilometers. I find it super handy.1 -

Latecomer to the group but hi!!!
I'm Casey, and I'm on the struggle yo yo with weight. Want to lose about 20-25 lbs and just started a strength training regimen. Hope I see some results.

I'm hoping our local weather forecast is true and the rain ends early today. Looking forward to kicking off our regular Friday night open water swims.. Water will be a bit chilly, but its always a fun way to start the weekend. First a long swim, then some socializing on the patio of the general store by the lake.

So excited that I will be driving to the airport in 24 hours to leave for our dream vacation to Hawaii! My goal is to work out at least 3 days of the trip. I plan on enjoying myself and not being too militant with my calories so I can enjoy some drinks and such. I will see everyone on the flip side, cant wait to catch up and see all the great accomplishments y'all have while I am gone. Stay cool kids!7

Rowed pyramids: 7 intervals, 250m to 1k and back.
New low weight today. Just 6 more pounds to my original goal weight. I've since lowered it another 15 lbs, but I'll be very excited to hit this first milestone!6 -

I did weightlift, today. BOOM!
Then, a gf asked to go for a walk, so did that outside for 90 minutes. ZOOM!
And THEN, my nanny made homemade yankee buns and I ate FOUR of them. Yummy! That's all I have eaten today, so not worried about calories, lol.
Cardio on saturday and rest day sunday. Yay!4 -
Hardcore 22 Day 5: Cardio 2 and Core 1 and a 4 x 400 meters interval run with a 2-mile warm-up and a 2-mile cooldown...DONE!
Btw, 400 meters is just a freckle short of 1/4 mile. MapMyFitness is definitely more mile friendly than meter friendly. So, I was able to have it mark off quarter-mile sections pretty easily. Only 80F today!4 -
