Hello all,

I'm Anna. I let my weight slip after I graduated. I piled on weight to become 124kg - 19.5 stone.

After being exhausted constantly, always ill and extremely unhappy, I dedicated the rest of my life to becoming the fittest, healthiest l, happiest version of myself.

The pictures show the loss of 5 stone.

In the last 6 months I've been maintain. I've picked up new sport, set new goals, and been the most social I've ever been.

How did I do it? Being in a calorie deficit. There's nothing else to it. It doesn't matter what you eat, as long as it's less than your daily burn you WILL lose weight (obviously, if you eat junk 247 you won't be doing your insides all too good).

So anyway, that is me. I just wanted to share what can be done when you drop ALL your excuses and make you and your health a priority. No fad diets, nothing. Pure grit and dedication.

Fitness love
