Hey! I'm new to the app but I like it so far other than that it doesn't calculate net carbs.
Any helpful tips for a keto diet? Good recipes? What percent carbs, protein and fat do you use? I use 70, 25, 5.
What work outs do well with you for weight loss?

Hi, I've found and saved a lot of LowCarb/Keto recipes on Pinterest. Pancakes, crepes, and flatbreads help when I'm craving carbs.

If you go pro you can count carbs easily. Note that the key is to eat within your limit. Eating low carb is just one way to do that.1

Actually, MyFitnessPal will calculate 'net carbs' if you install the script and use settings that allow it.

Likely not, since MFP is trying to sell you a Pro subscription to get those features. You'd have to be using a hacked/modded version of the app to get extra fearures, and I don't think such a thing exist.0
