Just starting with this summer challenge. Need something to keep me accountable and focused. Tried the Low Carb challenge. Did well for 2 weeks, the last week not so well. I have been following a low carb, gluten free, mostly Paleo diet for the past year. Lost 25 lbs. But since Nov. 2016 my weight has been fluctuating up and down 3 - 5lbs. My long range goal is 145.
