Coffee with nonfat milk and either a half banana or a corn tortillas with a heaping tablespoon of homemade refried. Carbs before workout to feed muscle then protein after to repair. Real food is the best!

MTS ruckus ingredient lists is short no proprietary blends. Love DiCaffeine Malate with how it works, not sure if anyone else gets this but it feels like it's time released. Instead of the caffeine hitting me all at once it slowly ramps up.

Betacount B-nox is also one of my favorites, not crazily dosed on the caffiene. So the energy isn't out of this world but the mental focus from that product is nice. Good leg day pre~

Legion Pulse or Outlift Amped, stacked with a 200 mg caffeine tab and 25mg Ephedrine. About the only thing that even gives me a slight boost anymore.

    Killer Labz - Executioner.

Although they've now dropped the DMAA in favour of DMHA and n-phenethyldimethylamine, but I'm not sure how long that will take to filter through to my UK supplier.

Scrambled eggs and Burnmax fat burner caps. I don't know if they do jack to burn fat, but the caffeine content helps to push me during a workout and they seem to suppress hunger afterwards as well. Turns my pee a disturbing Mountain Dew green though.

Your piss is pure chemicals regardless of what you've ingested.

Excess B-vitamins usually. You'll get the same thing from high consumption levels of anything that contains them, but energy drinks are the most common culprit.

I drink a cup of coffee mixed with my favorite protein powder ... helps me warm up faster which is great as I need the extra boost due to inflammation always hanging around me (auto-immune issues).

C-Burn. 50 cents a pop. about the price of a banana.
