This week went really well. I realized I am eating too little, so I'm trying to kick that up a notch, but I didn't have any cheat anything and did all my workouts.

Had a good week. Increased my exercise and I think that helped. Will do the same this week plus cut out bread, pasta, and white rice. Have a great week!

This week went well, I did all my exercises and I try to eat healthy, had one cheat day and ate McDonalds6 -
ok so not much change on my part!! Hoping for better results next week, been a bit relaxed with my eating choices this week, still within calorie limit but not as healthy as I could have been!

Not a good start lol - Holiday weekend was tough. But I got back on track Monday and stuck to my calorie limit and walked 4.5 miles. Holidays are always tough for me. I need to have a really good loss this week.
