I started today. Having a hard time with high fat and low protein. My protein is almost as high as my fat.2

So happy to find this. I had been doing Ideal Protein, however needed to do something different (that didn't make such a huge impact on my pocket book). Today was my first day, and feeling great. Just taking a bit to get used to, such as things that were HUGE no no's on IP, I now can have doing Keto. Getting over that is proving a bit difficult.

Glad your feeling good, I found my first few days were the worst. I had the keto flu bad. Then the weekend my daughters birthday. Had a small sliver of cake not half of the cake as usual. I find you can have things in moderation, but I've completely cut out breads and pastas and such1

This will sound crazy, but if you're having trouble reaching your fat calorie intake to reach your macro percentage, eat some bacon for a snack. I fall back on bacon or low carb sausage, hot dogs, sausage links, fatty ground beef, etc if I see that I'm going to be close to hitting a deficit in my fat calorie intake for the day. If you have the carbs to spare, avocado is also a good option.0
