Saying goodbye to the last of the flapdoodle and hello to the six pack. It is getting closer and closer. I am also only 8 pounds away from a grand total of 150 pounds lost. That still sounds crazy.
Right on track. Currently only 3 pounds from 150 lost and the flapdoodle is shrinking and the abs are showing more and more.
I am headed to the coast in 2 weeks for my cousin's wedding and it is really nice to just look forward to hanging out on the beach rather than dreading taking my shirt off.13 -
I'm hoping to lose these last 12 lbs and hit my LTGW in time for our family vacation in mid-August.7

Mini goals:
- Workout 6 days a week in June
- Sign up for and complete a 10k in the Fall
We got this! Add me!

I'm with you on this one. I have only weighed less than my husband once, and it was awesome. And he's 6'3".8 -
I have 2. Ride my bike every day this month and go to the gym every day this month. My rest days are now cardio days which I never used to do.7
-
Carry on the running streak for the next month.7

I'm close to my target I set myself in January this year, of losing 52lbs in the whole year and I've only got 13lbs to go!11

Last week's goal was to work out 6 days and also get below 200 lbs.
Well, we had family visiting and also ate all kinds of crap food so I'm up to 204.2 lbs! But I think I still ate at a deficit which means it should be mostly water. And while I didn't manage to workouts 6 days, I did manage 6 workouts.
Next goal is to work out 6 days this week. I'm swapping out my cardio days for week 1 of C25K and will do morning run/walks. If I decide I don't hate it, I'll shell out for decent running shoes on the weekend.
And I really want to be sub 200 lbs but not sure if doable this week because a bunch of my workouts are new and I know I'll be retaining water plus TOM should be fairly soon.8 -
I'm 3 lbs away from being below 17 stone for the first time since I was 15. Hoping to be there by a trip away I have planned on the 15th.
I'm 35 in October and hoping to be down around 16 by then.10 -
My weight has dropped below 164 lbs., moving me from "overweight" to "normal". My daily weight has been under that the last few days, but I consider my 7-day moving average "official".
My next mini goal is my final goal weight, I suppose. 150 lbs., the weight I used to be when I was a regular cyclist. That will mark the end of Phase 1. Phase 2: ?. Phase 3: Profit!
(Actually, Phase 2 would be to go into maintenance and rebuild my cycling fitness. Phase 3: Strava KOMs!)

I'm very close to hitting the 170s at 6'.
When I was well over 300lbs the very idea of being in the 170s was completely laughable, everyone, including myself, thought I'd be a skeleton at that weight. Turns out BMI isn't too far off. I'm just 3lbs away from being in a weight range that used to be so absurd, but now marks a triumph of personal fitness.
Oddly enough 3lbs feels like moving a mountain at this point of the game.15 -

regardless of your overall goals, that sounds like a pretty huge mini mini-goal to me...way to go!!! you should be extremely proud!
Thank you! I meant that it was super mini because it was only .2 pounds away haha. Now I have lost 84.8 pounds so another .2 away from 85!6 -
Still trying to get down into the 160's! It's been since May 9th. I always get in my own head when I get to a significant number and sabotage it unconsciously. Gah.7

While catching up with this thread I realized I had some non-scale mini goals too.
- Not use my car for the whole month of June. Take the bus, run, or bike instead. Ideally I'd love to get rid of my car, so I'm trying it for the month of June to see if it's feasible.
- Run to work twice a week with a pace of 13-13:30 min/mile. I have been taking it easy so as not to be burnt out at work, but now I know I can go faster comfortably.
- Do yoga once a week with a friend. My first class was today and it was lovely.
- Run a 10K distance two more times in June. Work toward a pace under 14 min/mile. I want to register for a 10K in September but it has an 80 minute time limit
- Use only homemade cleaners. Not really weight-related but it is a health goal of mine. So far I have made three spray cleaners, and I have the ingredients to make laundry soap and dishwasher soap.
- On a related note, I want to use more reusable bags for my lunches. Packing 1-2 oz containers of foods can take a lot of little plastic baggies, so I am trying to be better about that. Another goal is to use lightweight reusable bags for produce at the grocery store.

I've been really lazy lately, and I'm not even sure why. My goal is to get out of the 140's that I've been stuck in for the last 3 months. I keep going up and down between 144-147. This morning was 145.6. My goal? 130's by the 4th of July, even if it's 139.8. Gotta kick my booty into gear and get back at it!3

Definitely feasible, I am thinking about going car free as well later in the future.

- Complete C25K - Start week 6 today
- Lose a minimum of 15 lbs by August 1st - Down 9.9 lbs, 5.1 to go
- Make it to the 180s - Just about 3 lbs to go
- Reach 50 lbs lost - 7.4 lbs to go
This week started off rough as far as diet, so looking back on these mini goals is a reminder to get back on track. I'm so close to two of those goals; I just need to buckle down and I'll be there in no time!8
