Really had to force myself to do something today! Been at training and back to full contact (Rugby) so was feeling a bit sorry for myself.0 -

Very wobbly and only just held it, I can only manage one a day at the moment but I am looking forward to the improvements in stability and strength over the month. ☺️

I had trouble too, I use a stop watch and had to count down the last 15 seconds out loud. It was hard, but it has gotten better. You are doing great! Keep at it, you will get it.
