Why? Do you have a colonoscopy?11

If you're having a colonoscopy, your treating doctor should have prescribed something for you.
If you're just looking to induce screaming diarrhea due to some perceived health benefits, just don't.14 -

I hate when my colon is all dirty21

Steel cut oats + prunes + dried figs + pineapple + black coffee
Or, if you are lactose intolerant, a tall glass of milk.
I have no idea why you'd want to do this though.6 -

Ask a doc but I think you're body is designed to do that already.4

Beer. Lots of beer.5

A spoiled chicken burrito from a cheap Mexican restaurant at 2:00 am after a night of drinking is quite effective.13

Picolax is the powder you have to drink before getting a colonoscopy, this will absolutely thoroughly empty you out.
Disclaimer: It is NOT a pleasant experience, and be prepared for this to possibly happen.

Try the "3 "F"' cleanse. Make sure you get enough Fluids, Fat, and Fiber and let your body do what it is designed to do.6

It also helps if you read the reviews after eating the sugar free gummy bears, while sitting on the potty. Gets the stomach muscles really working.8 -
And OP - I know we're poking fun, but all of these very silly suggestions for things that will give you diarrhea are just as legitimate as anything that markets itself as a colon cleanse.
It's nothing more than a way to get you to pay money to spend hours on the toilet with cramps. Ask yourself why something which, when unplanned and unexpected is a sickness, is suddenly beneficial when you slot it into your calendar.
No one ever gets over a case of food poisoning and celebrates how clean their colon feels and how detoxed they are.11
