I have been "dieting" for most of my adult life... I finally made the decision after being at an all time high weigh in November 2016 that is enough... Since then I have completely changed my lifestyle, I don't look at it as a diet anymore but a way of life. I started this journey at 260lbs and as of this morning I was 196.2 - down 63.80lb in 197 days. I still have a little over 31lbs before I get to goal... A goal which is now 15lbs less than I had said I wanted to be when I started this new lifestyle. We shall see how I feel when I get to this goal if I want to lose anymore. Right now I am focused primarily on healthy & fit... I went from being a couch potato to working out 6 days a week. I take 2 Zumba classes as well as a Pound class every week and actually going to look at a gym membership this weekend as I think I would like to start weight training. Feel free to add me if yo want, I log every day!5

824 days as of today, max lost was 126lbs in the first 450 days or so, been maintaining since then. I've gained about 10lbs of that back (I'd like to think in muscle) over the last year or so, but a small portion of it has been fat. Working on a little bit of a cut this summer to drop fat levels back down to around 10% but I doubt this journey for me will ever really be over. I might be done with MFP in the next couple of years, but I'll always live the new lifestyle I've learned using MFP until I physically can't in the distant future.4

I officially started my journey on January 6th, 2016. However, I didn't take it seriously until July of that year.
Since that time, I lost 39 pounds (went from 239 to 200) and gained back 26 of it
Of course, I'm striving to move forward and keep the positives in mind. I'm still 13 pounds less than my highest weight, and I KNOW I can do it once I'm in the proper mindset.5 -
