I'm in- a little late !
Was 117-119 for years
I only eat Whole Foods nothing processed
No sugar gluten or dairy
Let myself go by breaking my own rules started eating just way too much (3500-4000 calories although very healthy- still too much) since January packed on 5 lbs also have not been lifting at gym just cardio which makes huge difference in metabolism
Starting weight today: 122! On weekends I am 123 and weekdays 121
Goal is to get back to 117-119
