Im trying to lose weight. Would you suggest to do alot of cardio and after i lose weight do weights?

    Less calories for weight loss.
    Cardio for health.
    Weights to feel like a bad-*kitten*.

    Hi! Weights help a lot. I go walking and take weights with me. You can start light at first so you don't strain your muscles.

    Definitely starts with weights and add cardio....my PT is all over weights, building muscle and burning more calories in the long run.
