I tried the knock-off Girl Scout cookies that they sell at Aldi's. The Thin Mint and Samoa (aka Caramel Delight) ones. They did not disappoint!4

I'm a sucker for anything lemon, and of course my kids picked out lemon oreos this week because they also have the same great taste as me...I ate too many of them myself.3

I had 1 beer this week.
Kinda a big beer though.
Kinda high in alcohol though.

8%, 750 ml and almost 500 calories. And don't feel bad about it at all.10 -
Cheetos. OMG. Looooove them (and hate them).2
-
The reason I'm back on here... I ate a KFC after doing somewhat well with healthy eating for the past few weeks, felt guilty and then signed myself back up for my fitness pal:')2

See my "foods that caught your eye" post. I'm not usually a Little Debbie fan, but the Red White and Blueberry Crème Rolls are pretty damn good.

I don't consider any individual food "unhealthy" or "bad" or "worst". I consider the context of my overall diet.
Last night I had pizza and Caesar salad, then a couple slices of an "Elvis" dessert pizza which consists of pizza crust, cinnamon brown sugar spread, peanut butter and bananas. It was absolutely, decadently delicious. Every loving bite of it. And I ain't even sorry.9 -

Every Saturday, I go to my local farmers market to pick up cheap fruits and veggies. There just so happens to be a lovely Amish bakery next door. I always budget in a large chocolate chip cookie whoopie pie from there into to my meal plan - it is so delicious and I dance-walk down the marketplace while I enjoy every bite because that stupid cookie pie makes me so damn happy :-)12

I ate what the kids on youtube are calling Nuclear Ramen. It was really tasty, but I had to have a couple of Trader Joes raspberry and cream ice cream bars to cool off after.6

Crumbled Cool Ranch Doritos mixed with cream cheese. Also, melted peanut butter and Nacho cheese Doritos. Weird, but good.2

We had a potluck at my office on Wednesday. I estimate that I had about a 1700 calorie lunch.3
-
Bought Sunday. All gone by Wednesday. Hubby usually eats one and my son eats one. But I ate them allllllllll.

Last nights dinner: McChicken, Cheeseburger and some nuggets. Still under my calorie goal though. Sometimes you need some fatty deep fried goodness on a Friday night after a stressful week at work.3

I bought a small bag of mini Twix bars on Monday. I thought to myself, "I'll eat seven and then freeze the rest." Yeah. No. Didn't happen. I can't have that stuff around! Next time I'll just get a Twix bar and be done with it.2

I made a N.Y. Crumb cake and wow the calories in that thing are massive. Very hard to fit in a 1350 calorie allowance, lol.1

"Worst" and "tasty" don't go together.
The worst thing I ate this week was a piece of fish I overcooked.
The tastiest thing I ate this week was probably the soup and toasted cheese sandwich I ate yesterday. It was probably the tastiest as it was different to all my other days, when I ate the same meals.5 -
As if eating seconds of strawberry birthday cake wasn't bad enough, thirds with ice cream might win the prize in this contest.3
-
I dunno. I had like 3 servings of animal crackers yesterday. That's like...45 cookies.3

If Aldi in Australia has these, you've changed my life forever.1 -

Only because you haven't tried "Elvis" dessert pizza.2 -
This is the closest description I could find to a piece of cake I had at one of those fancypants "artisan" bakeries:

I made a pizza cookie last Saturday it was so sweet, slightly gooey and very delicious.

I'm fortunate in that I don't get cravings for cakes and pastries and that kind of stuff too often.
But it's the middle of winter here, cold and dry as all hell, and I'm definitely overeating carbs. I love *kitten* instant ramen, but this stuff I had today is 600 cal for a serve (almost half my daily limit).

Too much wine. Full fat ice cream. Twizzlers Bites.3
-
I ate lasagna, pizza and chocolate ice cream last night. Its too unrealistic for me to reject those foods after my week long strict diet.1
-
Bacon cheeseburger. And the cheese was the spreadable cheddar like "Merkt's" that ya use for cheese and crackers. Wow was that good. No fries-cole slaw. But- I did polish off 4 16 0z. cans of Dos Equis... Damn2
-
I put ice cream on my oatmeal (pretty sure I'm going to continue doing this, heh). I tried weetabix for the first time and loved it, ate about three servings. Also ate more cereal than usual. Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Flakes, special k, etc. It all fit into my calorie goal though, so I'm good
In aus, weetbix have a slogan "how many do you do?" - national sportspeople are on the ads eating their serves. Some eat 10/11! (I think I'd need that many to be satisfied too... They don't fill me up at all!)1 -
So I was at the store to get salad fixin's and my wife texts me, get a small sourdough to go with dinner. Of course who argues with sourdough so I grabbed it. When I got to the checkout there was a Jalapeno Cheese bread in the basket (I must have somehow grabbed it when I grabbed the sourdough) and I thought, "well it would be rude to ask the cashier to put it back." Anyhow, it's a 40 min drive home depending on how long you wait at the checkpoint and I thought a small piece while I'm driving and well, it was the kind where the jalapenos and cheese are not just on top, but baked in ribbons all through it and well ya know... it was long wait at the checkpoint and I that was my 1200 calorie oops.4

A big ole helping of carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Yummmmm. I had the calories to spare but so much for low carb that day.1
