Since having my daughter on Jan 23rd 2015, I have lost 80lbs.

Started July 2016...almost a year & 40pds lost since then.
It all started at my annual physical which was July 1,2016. I nearly $h!t my pants when I heard her say my weight. Needless to say that fueled something within to make a change. I can't wait till this July 1st to see how much I'd have lost in a year. I still want to lose another 10-15...and I will.5 -

3 years - am the same weight now as when I have started but have lost and gained the same 30-40lb each year. I am desperately trying to break this yo-you cycle :-(2

Joined MFP in March 2011, been on and off, up and down. Started back up Feb 2017 down 24lbs this round and 61 lbs overall, with 85lbs to go.3

5 months and I'm 11kg down (about 25lbs).
I still have another 14kg or so to go (just over 30lbs) before I'm at goal.3 -
5 months/25 pounds = halfway to goal!4

5 Years and 6 months now.
Nov 2012 - June 2014 lost 62lbs
Jan-Sept 2015 GAINED 54lbs (she is almost 2 now lol)
Sept 2015- Nov 2016 lost 70lbs
Did a bulk Dec 2016-Feb 2017 gained 15lbs
Cutting again now with a goal to drop 10lbs of that 15.

2 years, 53 pounds... I haven't been actively losing the whole time though... I ate a little above maintenance a few months while I progressively lifted to gain some shape back... now I'm cutting for a few weeks to "see what happens".. as I continue to lift heavy. I lost the bulk of the weight within six months and just hacked at the remainder for another year or so while I lifted and Cardio Bunnied it out.... I technically "only" needed to lose 30ish pounds but turned into a fitness freak and couldn't help but to keep going... wanted a cushion for "life happenings" too. :-)3
