            I'm not good at it, in fact during my free training session the guy told me I "have a lot of work to do" with it but I LOVE SQUATS. During my day if I have some downtime I'll do squats. When I'm at work at Applebee's if we are just standing around or someone seems stressed I just tell them we should do some squats. Then just start doing them. My wife is pregnant and so I don't push squats on her but she is always keen to watch me do them so that's fun too I guess2

            Id have to say anything.... i just love working out! I think about it for like an hour before i workout..... i work out like a bird flies a dog barks..... its a massive part of my life!1
