yes, anyone can join.. Afterall we all want to lose weight and to be fit..
And yes i am going to use 30day shred videos. If you dont have the DVD, one can find them on youtube aswell...
I know we thought of starting it today, but my painful "monthly friend" visited me so i am gonna take 2days more for myself but i would encourage you to start today if you havent already started...
And before that please take your measurements, check your weight and pics(you dont have to share if you dont want to).... Good luck and lets us all know how you are doing
PS: Try to eat HEALTHY!!!! be under calorie limit!!!3 -

I started my 30 day shred today. I'm so excited. I'm doing it 6 times a week and stretching everyday. I did measurements for this since there is weight training so I don't want to use the scale.2

I am on Level 2 -day 2, started June 1. I use following weekly schedule: 2 days 30DS, 3 mile run, 2 days 30DS, 3 mile run, REST. My IIFYM calorie goal with 15% calorie deficit is about 1475. I took measurements after Level 1, will do so after Level 2 and 3 and post all at the end.3
