What's the little thing YOU did today to improve?

For me it was just going to the gym. I don't care if I didn't do weights, sweat enough to soak my towel or just stayed on the low settings on the elliptical. All that matters is that I WENT! Sometimes it's hard enough to just go to the gym.
I'm proud of that little thing I did today. What little thing did you do today?

I logged the entire bag of crackers that I ate before going to bed AND told my wife about it.
Typically, once the evidence goes in the trash, I pretend that nothing happened and hope that my kids don't ask me what happened to their snack food. This go-round, I'm working on being honest on all fronts so that I can maximize my gainz!9 -
My colleagues went out for lunch AGAIN, asked me to go with them but declined. Ate my salad and salmon by myself at work. Felt good.6

Thanks for reminding me! my battery was almost dead.
Got moving and got my dishes done instead of waiting until later today when I will be tired. I will get to come home to a clean house which I must say is a nice feeling. Going to get a massage and adjustment this morning. Always makes me feel great. Then going to give pedicures to ponies that I am told are very much in need of some help.
It's gonna be a great day.

With this new program of keeping a log of all calorie intake, keeps me on track with myself.
I stay focus with not eating candy bars, larger amounts of ice cream, cookies, chips, etc.
At 62 years old I get outdoors and perform light landscape projects and light bike riding, need to do all my outdoors activities early morning hours due to the triple degree weather here in Southern Nevada.
I am in for the long haul of body maintenance for me and feel good about it.
Thanks and the Sky is the limited!!!!0 -
I made myself exercise even though I could have put it off for tomorrow and still been in line to make my goal of working out 5 days a week AND I made plans for while the kid is at chess tonight so that I don't eat all the snacks.3

I walked around my work building on my breaks instead of sitting like a slug in the back office. It means I actually hit my step goal today instead of not even getting close and not trying to. I know steps aren't that hhuge of a deal, but it means I was more active than yesterday, and that's what I'm concerned about.5

Yeah!
I try to walk at breaks or lunch, but I have a real aversion to the stairs, so this was an achievement. Have a good weekend!1 -
Gave my brand new bike rollers a try - and didn't kill myself.2

Had 2 dark chocolates and that's it!
Normally I can't control myself and eat until I feel gross.2 -
I love coffee at night. My recipes normally consists of 1c 2% cows milk, 1/2c espresso, 1T vanilla caramel latte for 181 calories. Today I switched the cows milk for unsweetened cashew milk and saved nearly 100 calories. Bring on the espresso latte's!!! I'm in love without the guilt.1

Rowed the last 2,500 meters of my planned workout instead of quitting at 10k like I really, really wanted to.2

I had my lowest calorie day, since returning from vacation and beginning tracking again. That's not really saying much, since my highest day was over 2700 cals! Today was just under 1800, so low enough to lose.4

Two trays converged at a Krispy Kreme, and I, being the wiser, chose the donut holes.3

Cleaning around the house with my wheelchair. Lots of hard work propelling myself over carpet. Felt it in my shoulders after a while. But had a great sense of accomplishment of jobs done.3
