Still losing at a good rate but I'm slightly changing my target loss and attempting to eat close to maintenance for the first 3 weeks of my lifting cycle and at a deficit on my deload week.

My mother and uncle just passed away from each other by a weeks time apart. I and my whole family have had a very trying time the last 2 weeks and am getting back on track once everything is settled. So I have had my first set back ever on my weight loss journey but trying to stay positive and focus on it better. Got to just keep on moving!!

Hello Everyone and it has been a great 12 weeks and congratulations to all those who have had success. It is a great time to start another 12 weeks. But if you are already in your 12 week cycle, then just keep going and focus on those goals. For me I am starting fresh on another 12 weeks I had a loss of about 10 pounds and 25 sense Feb. 20th. My goal is for another 10 to 20 pounds that would be about 1.6 pounds per week. That's is very do-able :)

No weight loss this week, but as last week was week 2 in my lifting cycle that's to be expected. The coming week is my HEAVY lifting week and tbh I'm expecting to put on around 2lb in the next 7 days then the week after is my deload week when I usually drop the water weight.

Welcome Gwen and hello everyone. I had knee surgery yesterday and I am doing well, but my diet right now is not the best. The doctor said to eat healthy but add more calories for healing process. I know for the next couple of weeks my weight will be up. I am very proud to see everyone is hanging in there, keep t up.

I am back for another 12 weeks. I went on vacation for 2 weeks and had a great time. I gained over 7lbs of water weight and then lost it by just getting back to my regular eating habits. Usually when I've returned from vacation it's been difficult to get my head back into losing weight, but this time I am ready to get back at it.

Only a very tiny weight loss this week, but it was the heaviest week of my lifting cycle and I was fully expecting to put a couple of pound on. This week sees the start of a 2 month cut.....

I know some of this was water retention due to getting back to weightlifting after being off for 3 weeks and then not drinking a lot of water over the past week. Hopefully a loss for next week.
