6/22: 162 lbs. I was gob-smacked when I got on the scales this morning. I have been stuck around 164 for quite a few weeks, and honestly thought that 163 lbs was the best I could expect in 10 days. Is it too premature to revise that GW?
6/23: 163 lbs. I was doing so well until I had a bit of chocolate after dinner, and finished the bar. At least that temptation is gone now!

6/22 146.6 This is some kind of fluke as I'm down a pound from yesterday. I slept late and woke up really dry if you know what I mean. But by this I'm down 3.4 from the start of last round. My goal was 2#. Now, on to releasing the next 2.
6/23 149.6 Seriously? up over 3#! Had lunch out yesterday: 1/2 a salad and 1/2 a sandwich. Maybe water weight somewhere. Gonna drink my share of lemon water today.

In going to try not to get too excited about my overnight -1.2 pounds. I had three beers after dinner and I suspect that's making me a little dehydrated. It's nice to see a number even closer to goal though!! 128 is where I'd like to be. It just gives me some wiggle room to maintain between 128-130. Of course, its the weekend now and those are always tough ...

I'm in again! I think I started in round 2. I've been weighing and logging every day since mid March and it has really helped to keep me on track.
SW in March - 182.4 lbs
GW - want to get to 150 and then re-evaluate from there
Would like to lose 1.5 lbs by the end of this round. Round 7 was a bit wonky with hormones and life scheduling.
Coming in from Round 7 at 159.6lbs

6/23 - 158.4lbs - back on track! I expect some of this is carry over from last weeks TOM bounce around but I"ll take it!!

6/22 - 134.8 not really sure why, but hopefully tomorrow it will be below my starting weight of 134.4 from the end of Round 7. Got in my 5 mile run this morning as the heat was rising in So. Fl.
6/23 - 133.8 wish I didn't have 1 pound swings. I want to maintain this weight throughout this challenge and end a little lighter. My goal is 1-1.5 pounds per 10 day challenge. Working hard and being mindful. Happy Friday everyone!5 -

6/22 264.? I don't remember the oz, but alas! The scale has moved! Bought a coffee today and spoiled myself. **Barely counted calories today**
6/23 261.2 Was expecting it to be higher! Heart was crushed yesterday over a person (surprised I didn't even binge eat!), but when I remembered the goals, my goal for me strictly and no one else, my heart was like, "Not today, private!! " Needed to vent. It's the weekend, yall. Oh lort!

I've been fluctuating in the 135 range for the past week and a half. Yesterday I did 50 mins of Aqua Zumba but then I screwed that up by eating out after. New plan is to eat about an hour before class and have some fruit or nuts for a snack after.

YAY!!!! Stayed within cal count yesterday, too! Unfortunately...I also fell up (yes, I did say UP) the stairs and I did something to my foot and one of my wrists. I don't know what I'm going to do. I have to teach sitting down, so there's no way I can work out. Last round it was a hernia, now this. I'm seriously the most accident prone person I know.

6/22. 133.4 - ate well, below calories.
6/23. 133.2 - a tiny drop. Did a HIIT workout this morning and my goal is to get in a run tonight.

I'm gonna try this, again. I gained weight for my 1st Round which was Round 7.
I still believe that I can do this, though. I am going to see what I can do this Round 8 -- my 2nd Round.
I must be honest... I expect it to be higher on the first day of Round 8 (my 2nd round). But, after that... I'm hoping to be down by the end of the 10 days.
Final Goal weight: maybe 98 lbs -- not really sure (sm. boned & petite)

So, my 1st Round (R7) Start Weight: 156.4 lbs. End Weight 159.6 lbs.
2nd Round (R8): Begin Weight: 160.2 2nd Round (R8) Goal Weight: 159.2

6/22 139.0 Lost 3lbs in round 7 by watching my carbs. Trying to stay around 20g.
6/23 139.4 Had family over for dinner last night for Chinese food and drinks. I tried to stay mindful by not eating carb-filled fried rice, chow mein & General chicken. Skipped beer and opted for diet mixed drinks & wine.

6/23 274 --yes the scale is still giving somewhat random numbers but most of that +4 (!) pounds is Chinese Take Out and the extra bottle of water I drank with it. Gonna buy a new scale today so who knows what tomorrow will bring.

6/22 - 169.6 - did really well yesterday, 40 min on elliptical and food intake was on point. Expected to see a bigger loss, but I'll take it!

I've started eating vegetables and 2 fruit (banana, apple, or grapes), 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 egg white, 4 oz of chicken (no frying), 4 oz of Tuna or Pink Salmon, a PB2 shake for breakfast.
I eat something every 3 hours, I prep all the food I can eat in one day the night before so I pick and choose what I eat.5 -

My weight tends to just freeze for monjs at a time then I've one week I'll drop 5-10lbs then I'll be stuck again, so hopefully this will help me out x6
