 Comment: Hmmm, that's a huge loss for just one week. I might be dehydrated because it's gotten really hot in my place these past few days. I did drink around half a liter of water upon waking up tho, so not sure. Lost 3 cm in my waist and 1cm in my hips as well compared to last week.
