Two more days and I've been losing for 3 months. I've been at a 32 pound stand still for bout 3 weeks. Any suggestions

weighing food on a food scale is more accurate. food packaging can be off by up to 20%. mfp also has entries that are not correct either, even some of the green check marked ones and the ones you scan can be incorrect. you could be eating more than you think. also another thing is to go back into mfp and update your weight and so on because you need to be eating less calories than you were. you should do this for every 10-20 lbs lost.say you are 250(not saying you are its just an example) you cant eat the same calories at 250 as you can say 225 or less.
