It's been 76 days of logging and staying under 2000 calories a day. I also water jog daily. I've lost 60 lbs, and have 50 more to go to reach my goal.

Walter sounds like you picked an effective workout that's been working well for you, I love running laps in the water, I can only imagine the muscle strength you have gained from it! Congratulations on all the good things you've received in return for your work!
