So going to set my self a challenge for July, to run at least 1 mile a day, even on days when I have three classes and PT. In fact the full challenge is 1 mile a day and 50 miles for the month. It'll be interesting to see if my speed for the mile improves and if so by how much.

Anyone want to join me?

Yep I run 3-4x a week, distances up to 15km, plus regularly run the 1.5km down to the gym as a warm up before lifting.

So today is day 1, and I've just got back from parkrun. Not my fastest 5K time, but still really proud of myself today. I ran 2.5km without stopping (I usually Jeff) and only walked for a total of 5mins out of 35. Got a 1 mile and 2 mile pr and managed to sprint over the finish line.

    1.7.17 - 3.1miles

    Total - 3.1 miles

Sounds great :) The rainy season is about to hit here in Korea (seriously like the next 15 days all look like rain lol), so I'll be doing a lot of indoor walking videos. Today was Leslie Sansone 3 Miracle Miles~

    2.7.17 - 1.5miles
    3.7.17 - 1.6miles

    What's advocare?

It was actually a trainer that suggested it as I ran out of steam while attempting a pr on the deadlift. He didn't recommend any particular brand, but I've tried a couple now. one i didn't like too much because it made me itch and feel like i was on speed. The other didn't give me as big a boost but did something and helped me push out an extra couple of reps. Trying another today and then I'll decide which (if any ( I'll use regularly)

Day 4 was yesterday and I ran the mile to the gym before lifting then goodness knows how far the instructor at boxercise made us run. Not been for an official run today yet, but again PT had me sprinting this morning, got the 2 mile run to zumba later too.

    1.7.17 - 3.1miles
    2.7.17 - 1.5miles
    3.7.17 - 1.6miles
    4.7.17 - 1mile

    Total 7.2miles
