When you say hard work on the treadmill, can you explain what exactly you did and how many times per week? Did you run, hiit, walk incline? I have a hard time running because of my ankle but i do incline intervals. I am also able to do 30sec-1min. sprints. You look great!!0

I run about 4 miles everyday and 6 miles about 2 days a week followed by the plank for 3 mins. I sprint on and off for the last mile. I have bad knees so I stretch before every run. I sometimes will find a big hill and park at the top then run down so I have to go back up.1
