A little late in joining, but I've tracked my losses in June so here is my post from another thread:
Original SW in MFP: 176 lbs
June 1st SW: 172 lbs
June 5: 171.4
June 12: 173.1
June 19: 170.2
June 28: 169.2
Loss for the month of June: 2.8 lbs
Ultimate GW: 135 lbs
I need to lose about 35 lbs more till goal and I figure it'll still be a reasonable timeline to place Christmas day as my goal date. It'll be the best Christmas gift to myself, to be the healthiest version I can possibly be! Good luck to us all!1 -
That is exactly my goal! 30 by the end of September so 3 months to go another 25 will be tough. I could use all the motivation I can get.2

Steven here in Southern California. Starting weight when I came back to MFP at the start of April was 300lbs. My goal sometime in the summer of 2018 (it's too far off yet to have a sense of when that will be) is 185lbs. But if I only manage to take off 100 lbs and crack the 200 lbs marker I'll be pleased. It's the process and making it part of every day that a challenge like this is about. A sustained 2 lbs a week is a serious undertaking but I am definitely up for it. Having to log the results here is a good thing. The public accountability factor will help keep me on the path.
June 01 Starting weight for the lose 55 lbs by Xmas challenge: 287.5 lbs.
June 08 after 1 week weigh-in at 285.5 lbs. Down 2 lbs and on track.
I missed the check-in last week on June 15. It was a disaster.
June 23 after 3 weeks weigh-in at 284.5 lbs. Down 3 lbs and behind schedule (should be down 6 lbs).
June 30 after 4 weeks weigh-in at 283 lbs. Down 1.5 lbs this past week. OK. But I can do better.
Goal weight for Xmas 2017: 232.5 lbs. Which is what I weighed 4 years ago.
4.5 lbs total lost towards that 55lbs by Xmas. Should be down 8 lbs to be on track. I have some catching up to do. A little binge here and there makes a mess of so much good work!
See you all in one week, hopefully at least 2 lbs lighter.1 -

I'm 5'4" and 143lbs currently. Down from 178 April of 2016. I don't really wanna lose 50lbs, my goal is to reach 118lbs and 15%body fat. I think I'm at like 30% body fat right now. Gross. Jiggle jiggle. Lol.
What do y'all think about cosmetic surgery. Cuz I'm pretty sure some of us might get some loose skin and our "ladies" might lose some perk.3 -

I actually told my bf that if I can keep the weight off for a couple years I might have some minor work done. I want to give my body enough time to spring back a bit first though. Good luck with reaching your goals3 -
