Hello everyone. I'm Carla and in West Va. I'd like to start. Just come across this challenge.
Starting weight 168.4.
Would like to get to 145, hope it's ok if I join since I don't quite have 55 lbs to lose. It seems going in the wrong direction.

Thank you! I've recently added a little strength training to my routine and it seemed to jump start weight loss again. Of course there's probably some water weight factored in there. I'm really happy with how I'm doing this month0 -

They're almost exactly the same exercises as her DVDs, just grouped together differently. One day is cardio and the next day is strength. It's nice because the workouts are tailored to your fitness level and equipment on hand. Plus they're all under 30 minutes.2 -

I'm in Ontario and I've lost 31lbs so far with a minimum goal of another 39lbs by Christmas. If I lost 55lbs by Christmas that would be even better. I'm in, feel free to add me1
