    June 17: 178.8 Surprised & pleased by this number - have been bouncing around 180 all week.

    Total for June: -10.6
    Most of this is due to major surgery - removal of some body parts and anxiety associated with all of that. However, recovering nicely now and looking forward to getting back on track and ramping up activity slowly but surely.

    Usual weigh-in day is Saturday but thought I would record weight for last day in June! Almost made 5 lbs in June (not counting the weird 3 lb bounce up that showed up at the start of June).

    Well I didn't quite make 5 pounds, but I'll take it. I have been aiming for 1 pound a week. Today I was able to peek into the 170s, which I haven't done for years and years! Almost 15 pounds down. That's the weight of 3 bags of sugar. Glad to not carry that around. Hope to see you all for the next challenge.

    6/19: 170.1 ( vacation week - ate off plan )
    6/26: 169.0 ( Down total of 5 6/8 inches - previous post was miscalculation.)
    7/01: 169.0 ( Down total of 5 6/8 inches)

    Lost 4.1 lbs in June. So thankful for the inches lost and muscles strengthened. If I wasn't taking measurements, I would be discouraged.

    June 9 (Today) : 217.6 lbs (Too much coffee yesterday & lost my appetite; I'll probably be the same by weigh-day.)

    June 30 (Month End): 215

    All in all, I lost 7 pounds. Not quite the 10 I was hoping the lose, but three binge days coupled with being a bit too lenient this month was the cause of that. Nothing a some extra effort next month can't solve though.

    152cm tall.

    ..3rd: 53.1kg/118.36lb :smiley: Finally got into my smallest jeans today. Feeling great
    10th: 52.4kg/115.28lb :blush: thats the 23kg I originally wanted to lose. :smiley:
    17th: 54.9kg/120.78lb :neutral: sigh!! Went on a total eating binge.. Now to get back into it.
    24th: 52.9kg/116.38lb :smile: hard mentally but eventually took back control.
    ...1st: 53kg/116.84lb :neutral: got to get back to mindful eating.

    Overall Total loss for June : .1kg / .22lb

    Total loss since starting : 22.5kg /49.5lb

    A 3 week plateau is NOT fun--especially when you're busting your butt and doing everything right--and still no weight-loss--is very frustrating! Then, there was a miracle....

    SW: 242 lbs (Jan. 2017)
    June Starting weight: 220.6lbs
    Ultimate goal weight: 179lbs (for now...)

    June 10-29th: Nothing for 3 weeks...Teetered between 220-224lbs (including T.O.M.) grr

    Finally, some movement! Broke through plateau....
    June 30/July 1st: 217.0 lbs
    Overall, -3.6 lbs loss. Praise the Lord! Glory to Jesus! Amen. :smiley:

    I'd like to join you! I want obshift 10 lbs and have a small frame so currently I feel like a have a huge jelly belly. I've lost 6 lbs at about a pound a week. It's sooooo slow but I know it's realistic.

    So starting weight 136ibs
    Current weight 130 lbs
    Utltimate goal 120lbs

    Am I in the right place for July? Is weigh in day Thursday? Everyone is so inspiring ...
