You may be overestimating your calorie intake. Are you weighing your food

I think it's normal for your body to retain more water than normal after staring a new workout. Your muscles hold on to water to repair thrmselves or something like that?? Lol...

You shouldn't use the hip abductor machines. They're dangerous because they cause wear on your actual hips and do little or nothing to improve inner or outer thigh muscle. Do lunges with dumbells or a barbell, instead. If your gym has lateral step machines, those are a better choice, too.

Then, if that's the case, keep at it! Patience.

    Sounds like water weight.

And if you're accurately recording your food intake and know you are within your calorie allowance weight loss will follow, it just takes time.. a LOT of time.

    All the best.

    1) Be patient
    2) Weigh and log everything you eat and drink
    3) "Clean" foods are not a thing
