I actually told my bf that if I can keep the weight off for a couple years I might have some minor work done. I want to give my body enough time to spring back a bit first though. Good luck with reaching your goals

Determined to go from 220 to 180 by Christmas. 6 months to lose 40lbs. I've gained weight entirely through my own choices over the last six years. To be 180 and moreover healthy, confident and disciplined will be the best Christmas gift ever!0

I am in. I have 65 lbs to go to my goal. Have lost 95 lbs. The last 65 are those that under 200 lbs. I am declaring a desire for a minimum loss of 50 lbs. Anything more than that will be really great. I follow a strict diet plan and go to Overeaters Anonymous. I will get a picture up later0

Hi, I'm Rob, age 45, living near Brisbane in Australia.
Started off on the 27th June at 247 lbs. (Had a bit of a health scare which kicked me into action) Hoping to get down to 154 lbs (70kg).

I am a little late to the party, but would love to join in. I had lost over 100 pounds as of last summer(took 4 years), but due to the loss of my job (after 12.5 years), I did a lot of stress eating and I have regained almost 30 pounds. It really hurts to admit that. I am currently at about 210 and my goal is 160.
I am 44, married with two dogs living in Wisconsin. I love running using the Galloway method and completed 15 half marathons in the last 3 years. I have not been able to run in the last 6 months due to a persistent Achilles injury, which is another reason for my weight gain (loss of that outlet for stress release). I am finally running again and I have two half marathons in October I am training for.
I have always done best in the past when I have an online support group. I am READY to get this weight back down!
