Ok Mamas, let's talk Diastasis Recti. My second babe just celebrated her first birthday and I'm finally feeling ready to get back into the swing of consistent exercise. The problem that I'm having is well, I still have a pretty significant gap I'm my abs. Now, I know regular abdominal workouts will not help close the gap, in fact it will just make it worse. So, how do I close this gap, strengthen my pelvic floor, and still get the exercise I need to kick this baby weight?

You would be best to get a PT that has DR as a specialty. Talk to your medical team about a referral.
This thread has a video for DR. I don't know how good it is though.

Breakingmuscle.com has a series on diastasis recti that has good reviews. Can't get to the link right now but it is googleable.1

I go to physical therapy for my pelvic floor and diastasis and it has been great. I can't recommend it enough!0
