Would love to try this challenge cause I have been struggling with night time binge eating for years. This will be the biggest challenge of my life. Starting tonight so now I'm accountable for myself. Best of luck to everyone & keep that will power strong!0

I've been gone for a while, since I really had my snacking under control. But summer BBQs, vacation, camping all bring new temptations.

LNS: 2 (4th of July did me in, but I enjoyed it! homemade ice cream and pie )
Goal is only pre-logged snacks 5/7 nights per week.1 -
OH, I really need this challenge! Just found it, so tonight will be my first test of my self control! Goal... only pre-logged snacks within my calorie allowance for the day. Now, hopefully I'll be back tomorrow with a good report!1

I just saw this challenge and it is just what I need. Evening eating is my downfall. I have no problem with food during the day but somehow I equate eating in the evening with relaxing. My goal is to limit evening eating to one piece of fruit that is already counted and logged.1
