I'm in....loosing slowly as still breastfeeding my baby. Back at pre pregnancy weight but want to go a bit further and improve body fat percentage. Ideal weight for my height is 8 stone...that's my ultimate goal.

Successes / struggles this week: Still waiting for the job offer. I was told I was being hired, but I feel like I can't believe it until I see it because it is really my dream team job. I have some water weight from some carby eating over the 4th of July weekend, but it will come off and take a couple friends this next week so I am not too worried. I did 2 of my three lifting workouts this week, and replaced the third with hiking a couple hours in the mountains to see a ghost town and cemetery. So exercise is on point, diet not so much...0 -

Success: Managed to increase physical activities time up and improved distance in jogging. Up to 5km in 30 mins now. Added 2 hours of tennis is sports time.
Struggles: But I'm not sure why with increased in amount of physical activities and reduced rice intake can't see significant result
