I got my butt to the gym for chest and biceps workout!! Didn't feel like it but it killed and hour at work.2

I drove 5 miles from home to feed a neglected dog....1

One full hour of a serious workout, then 35 minutes of FUN!!! Dancing/Aerobics to Some Bruno Mars Music then switching it up to Some 70s Funk for some Soul Train style- whateva works, then topping it off with some Papa Roach and Disturbed!
My body's gonna feel it tomorrow : but I feel good right now Woot!
(Ok I lied, my damned Sciatica is already letting me know it ain't happy!) But I still feel good dammit!!!2 -
Today was my first day of getting back into fitness. I did a full 25m circuit without any breaks and I hit it HARD. So pleased with myself as I usually bow out a few times.5

I peeked in on my oldest son this morning (he's visiting for the week), and while watching him sleep I thought "damn, I am so proud to have a little boy that is already a far better man than me".3

Ran 12 miles. But I wanted to run 15. But then I ate half an apple pie v0

I avoided the donut shop craving I had this morning and stuck with Greek yogurt and scrambled eggs. Then after dinner, I made lemon donuts at home that were less insane (baked, fewer calories).
Also, I'm glad I got a bunch of work stuff completed.0 -

got up at 530am to exercise before the kids woke up. Of course I was still interrupted twice by a certain child haha but got it done eventually (never can win can you!?!)1

Chill out he's picking up my slack on the cardio. If you average our times together he's still at a -2 hours of cardio daily.3

Got up early on vacation to run and workout and then went to a Spanish restaurant and tried Spanish food for the first time ( even though I could not pronounce anything on the menu)0
