I peeked in on my oldest son this morning (he's visiting for the week), and while watching him sleep I thought "damn, I am so proud to have a little boy that is already a far better man than me".

I avoided the donut shop craving I had this morning and stuck with Greek yogurt and scrambled eggs. Then after dinner, I made lemon donuts at home that were less insane (baked, fewer calories).

Also, I'm glad I got a bunch of work stuff completed.

Chill out he's picking up my slack on the cardio. If you average our times together he's still at a -2 hours of cardio daily.

Maybe I'm just concerned for his well-being if his life is so stressful that he needs to cardio that much.

But now I'm concerned about YOUR health, sir.

Got up early on vacation to run and workout and then went to a Spanish restaurant and tried Spanish food for the first time ( even though I could not pronounce anything on the menu)
