Body shape matters.
The women upthread (@Joenali, @jayashreeravi1) look great at 150, but I'm better at 115-120, by far, than at 150. I was still pretty fat at 150.
Age 61 and post-mastectomies, nobody's claiming "smokin' hot" here - LOL! - but I don't think I look sickly or emaciated, either. (FWIW, the mastectomy situation only accounts for 4-5 pounds in my case.) I'm 5'5", but was 5'6" before li'l ol' lady shrinkage started happening.
Body shapes with more bust and hips can look great at 150, or even higher with some solid muscle besides. However, more narrow-hipped woman like me can still be fat at 150 . . . and I don't think I'm completely muscle-free here at 115-120, either.
Honestly, couldn't we women just get beyond critiquing (or questioning) other women's weights? What someone else weighs, or claims to weigh, just doesn't matter when we set our goals - why not just be a healthy and beautiful you?
Bravo! You have a beautiful body! Congratulations! You are an inspiration to many of us.2
