Too many such "detox" and "cleanses" can screw with your gut flora. Save such things for colonoscopy prep.8

A cleanse is good if you're constipated, I guess2 -

I don't think people consider this when they do a detox and it's an important issue to bring up.5 -
I did the 10 day detox by Hyman without the supplements. Basicly it is protein, veggies and good fats. I needed a jump start on eating healthy and this did it for me.23

How much did it cost2

Sounds like a diet of food. I approve. Not sure why a doctor's guidance is needed for that, though.3 -

Wheres the fats and protein that our bodies need?7 -
I drink yogi detox tea. It's supposed to support kidney function.
I tried it years ago for diet reasons. Now I know I just need a ton of water and less processed foods. I still drink it at night because I like the taste.13 -
The only reason to drink it is if you like it - the "detox" claims are spurious3

Best detox:. Drink a glass of water, eat normal food (some grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, side garden salad type of food...normal). Your kidneys and liver will do the "detoxing" and your body will eliminate the waste.1

There's no biological need to do a forced cleanse. If you want to feel healthier then just drink more water, reduce or eliminate highly processed foods, but there's no need to spend money on a commercial cleanse.0

Water is the only detox ingredient you need. Your liver will clear out any bad stuff and you'll just pee it out.1

This is a thread from 2017. I suspect everyone who participated in the thread back then has long since moved on to new things. That would be a good plan.
Reading the thread below would be a good plan, too, for anyone in 2020 considering a cleanse:
