Low carb/ketosis and energy motivation!

I'm about halfway to my first weight loss goal and have reached a plateau...I'm looking for low carb/ketosis fans to buddy up with and support to help keep up the momentum! Would love to keep in touch with anyone in similar situations. I'm also struggling with energy levels at the moment as I'm working to get back into ketosis after a birthday break - does anyone else experience this? B vits keep coming up as a good fix...?
