    I am new to this site but not to losing weight. I have a lot of weight to lose and I would like to know what was fitness routine during your weight loss.

    Congrats on your success. I was in a bad car accident and broke my back dec 2016 and required pins and screws in my back. I had to relearn How to walk and got so depressed I quit trying to stay in good shape. Until my wife and friends got me in the gym. Dec 2016 started back at it and told myself I would do everything I could. Well today I'm 205 and work hard everyday. It's a process but ur body is an amazing machine if your take care of it
