Chai Latte' made with fresh brewed unsweetened Chai tea, I scoop of vanilla protein powder and blended. Topped off with a small amt of 15 cal Reddi whip and sprinkled with Saigon cinnamon. A 90 cal Frothy cup of Deliciousness!!!
If you don't care too much about the cals use two scoops of the protein (165 cals), is much better!
