Finishing Ironman Whistler in 2013. I was 20th in my age group for the swim! I finished in 15:52! Not "fast" but it was such an exciting day! I need to do another one!6

Just completed in tough mudder 2017 and loved every minute of it. 1 year ago i would never of walked a mile never mind running 12 with 30 obstacles as well.6

- Squatting 1.6 of my body weight

I just found this thread and I LOVE it! So many inspiring achievements!!
For me: Bench pressing 135 for 10 straight reps (~ a year ago)
Most recently, running a 5k on June 3rd (7 minutes slower than my 5K personal best). The reason this was a huge accomplishment for me is I just came back to running in April 10 months after a terrible ankle injury last summer, and having ankle surgery in January of this year. I almost gave up on running again during my recovery. I'm currently trying to increase my mileage back to 10K by the end of the summer.6 -

Biked 57 miles on Saturday in less than ideal conditions. Rode on the Raccoon River Valley Trail. High was 91 and wind very much a factor. Mostly was a side wind at one point the wind was strong enough that it was blowing me sideways but was able to stay on trail and stay upright. Wasn't much traffic on the trail at that point so was able to stay in middle of the trail. 57 miles is my personal longest ride to date. I have my sights set on completing a century ride later this summer.7

Most enjoyable achievement was riding 20 miles, but this morning I ran for 2 miles which is pretty major for me.8

The giant pulsing vein on my bicep when I'm exercising. Sometimes I catch people looking at it with a look that is half way impressed half way terrified. I've nicknamed it wormy.10

A small one may be but a big for me:
Going from 1000 steps a day monthly average a year ago gradually to 10000 steps a day monthly average!13 -
Completed all 5 passes on the Death Ride in 9:50. 125 miles with 15,000' feet of climbing. I had trained hard for it and expected to finish, but was surprised at my time. It was a very good day.8

That I'm still working out regularly on my own 8 months after I lost my trainer when he closed his studio.11

Meeting all of my goals in a sprint tri this May, the day after my father-in-law's memorial service and on a max of 3 hours of sleep a night for the week leading up to it. Honestly just completing it was a win. Next year I will do so much better.6

This! As a 270 pound lady, running is a challenge but also a constant source of inspiration.

#1 Biked, hiked, and kayaked my way across the Cordillera de Talamanca mountain range in Costa Rica. 240 kilometres, 9 days, with a cold and giardia. I felt like Superwoman by the end.
#2 Unsupported century ride (100 miles/160 kilometres) to celebrate my 33rd birthday. It was a challenge carrying enough water and food for the ride, and the black flies were horrendous, but the last hour of the ride I felt like I was flying. There was a good deal of pain but it almost became secondary to the feeling of total elation as I pushed the last few kilometres.4 -
Mastering the side splits. ^^ I've always admired flexible people, and I always felt that doing the splits was one important move that demonstrated flexibility.
Middle splits are one of my goals! I'm getting closer.
My greatest achievement so far is running 5k non-stop. But I think I'm proudest of the day I got started.9 -
Winning my age-group in a 5k on Sunday. I've placed a handful of times, but this is the first win. I'm still grinning like an idiot.14
