I dot know how to record my water.
I drink 2-3 liters a day. and I dont know how to count that. Any help????

0.6 liter is approximately 20 ozs. There are conversion calculators on the internet.0

there are about 4 cups in a liter. So you are getting your 8 cups in and then some! :happy:

Each liter is 33.4 oz so that is like 4 cups of water. Putting any measurement conversions in google will give you results0

I bought myself a Nalgene bottle that is 32oz. I know if i can drink two of those a day I have had the LEAST amount of water I need (8 cups). Im sure you can buy them almost anywhere. They help a lot and can withstand a lot of abuse.0
