352 lbs. Consider joining a group such as http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/3322-100-pounds-with-no-surgery
Open your diary and share daily with the group (go to settings). Get a food scale today. This place can be very supportive. Even if you have a bad day and eat a bag of chips, log it !
I'm on the DASH diet and it's working. Only hard part for me is not eating fast food or frozen meals. http://www.webmd.com/hypertension-high-blood-pressure/guide/dash-diet#11 -
I log everything I eat and drink just got scales funny enough so will help0

Okay so lets get the facts straight.
You currently weigh 352 lbs/160kg.
You've lost about 1 stone/14 lbs in a month.
Most recommend losing 1% of your weight per week max - for your current weight, that's 3.5 lbs per week or 14 lbs per month. So you are right on track right now! Just keep doing what you're doing, please don't crash diet and make yourself sick in order to be "perfect". Crash-dieting can have serious health implications - you could lose your hair, pass out, develop saggy skin, develop vitamin deficiencies, lose a lot of muscle mass and generally just look and feel unwell.
Be realistic with your goals and enjoy your child's special day. Build healthy habits that you can continue after the wedding!11 -
I understand wanting to look great for a big day. We recently had a big reunion with family I hadn't seen in years. I was almost panicked over my appearance as I had only recently started MFP. The dreaded family photos!! In the short time I had I knew there wasn't much I could do. I followed my diet and exercise plan I had started recently; losing even a few pounds made me feel better on the inside. Got a haircut and some new clothes and showed up with a smile on my face. All I am saying is do the best you can in the coming months, but don't obsess over being a certain dress size. Of course you want to look great, who doesn't? But focus on reasonable weight loss goals. By taking care of yourself in the coming months you will feel so much better on the big day, inside and out.4

Sorry, a little off topic, but I read the 'our wedding' and wondered if you were from northern England. Then I saw the 'mum' word and wondered even more.
I am originally from Manchester, live in western Canada now, and people are always amused by my use of 'our'.
As for the dress and weight loss. Excellent work giving yourself time to lose some weight before November.
Stick to your plan, log all the G&T's- you can really cut the cals by ordering 0cal tonic , and be happy at whatever loss you achieve because your dress will be made to fit, and a well fitting dress does wonders.
Be gentle with yourself.
Cheers, h.3 -

At 352 lbs/160kg, you'll easily drop 3 dress sizes by the day. Just keep logging and don't fall for any diet fads. MFP will get you to your goals
Don't be discouraged by the people saying 'No ones going to have their eyes on you or your size, only you will". Yes this is the bride and grooms day but there's nothing wrong with your wanting to lose some weight. If this is a step to motivate you to lose weight, I honestly say, go for it. Just make sure you go about it in a way that Is safe and sustainable and who knows, you might be so happy with the weight loss and the lessons you've learn on here that you may continue to lose after the Wedding and over time you may get to a healthy weight! =D
I know heaps of people that had short term goals and continued their journey after the goal because they saw how easy weight loss was when you change your mindset and lifestyle.

Maybe I'm missing something. Is there any reasons that you can't actually, you know, order a dress that fits, and then have it altered if necessary -- and then *stay* at that size?
Poor fitting clothes will photograph loads worse than you carrying an extra stone or two.4 -

You seem so motivated - best of luck! Logging your food and tracking your progress will be a great help to you I'm sure.
As for the regional thing... where I'm from we use "our baby" to refer to the children of close relatives or close friends ... so talking to someone about their child sometimes I'll slip and say - so how's our son? And get blank looks back0 -
Yes our is a figure of speech all areas have their own
I'm driven totally I slip over I get back up job done2
