Why do you make me roll the windows down in my car.

Fiber One bar I love your Chocolate and Oats
But why did you have to make the house last night smell like a herd of goats

Fiber One bar its just not fair
How you make me create such fowl stinking air

Fiber One bar you give me so much gas
That I am planning on getting a nuclear symbol tatooed on my *kitten*

    Yesterday was the last time I will eat a Fiber One bar. 10 degrees out on the drive home and I had the windows down.:frown: :embarassed:

    I won't eat them because of that! Then they make you feel bloated and huge!

    LOL :laugh: I haven't tried one of the fiber one bars but I have been eating the Kelloggs fiber plus bars. Does the same thing.

    Sounds like your body was not a fan of that particular source of fiber. Better luck with the next one. My recommendations: plain oatmeal, fresh whole apples, pears and plums, and steamed vegetables.

    I've never tried Fiber One, but most high fiber bars contain inulin, which gives me gas, too. If it's not inulin, find out what's in the Fiber One that is turning you into a stinker and learn to avoid it!

    I love the fiber one bars but I haven't had that problem from them personally LOL. At least not that I know of. :noway:

    I'm dyin' over here! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: My son was home from college and I had a box in the pantry. Um, teenage boys eat A LOT! So, he ate about 4 bars. We banished him to the upstairs. Even the dog wouldn't go near him! :laugh:

    I switched to Kashi TLC bars... yummy and still good fiber, but without the side effects... :drinker:
